When C&W realised that their sales teams had become so specialised that they were failing to cross-sell products across the business, they asked box to help provide sales staff force with a set of tools backed by a dedicated website.
solution
Development of a number of sales tools, which included the ability to update presentations and integrate applications such as calculators, interviews with department heads and virtual tours along with power point templates and icons with which to create branded diagrams.
result
The site became a repository for knowledge-sharing within the organisation, with the CD a sought after presentation tool and valued customer leave behind. Now in it's fourth version, the CD provides rich media and comprehensive product information that interacts with the web site to provide updates.
